Return Policy

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your product after delivery, we accept returns up to 30 days from date of purchase, if the item is unused and in its original condition.  Unfortunately, we do not allow returns for candles, or wax melts, that have been burned or used to test the scent.

Contact us by email at kkort@modebcandles.com.  We will notify you by email when your return has been processed and a return shipping label will be issued.  Please allow up to seven (7) business days to process your return, exchange and/or refund.

After receiving a return label, place the item (s) securely the original packaging.

Please note:  We will not accept any returns without a return label and prior notification.
